Ramon Tavarez has been in the construction industry since 1988.

B. 1990 - Graduated from the the Plumbing and pipe fitting apprenticeship program for the associated buildiers and contractors.
C. 1989 - 1995 Was an appretice plumber for several local companies.
D. 1995 - Obtained Journeyman plumbers license from the state of New Mexico #10134 which he still currantly holds today.
E. 2004 - Ramon Tavarez completed Thompsons education direct Home inspections course.
F. 1989 to 2004 - Ramon has:

1. 10 plus years in residential plumbing and heating.

2. 10 plus years in service plumbing and heating.

3. 10 plus years in commersial plumbing and heating.

4. 5 years in Apartment and hotel maintenance.

5. 5 years radiant heating systems.

6. 2004 TO February 2007 A & R Building and Home Inspections has completed over 1500 hundred home inspections.
